High school, continuing game dev
I'm Truman Cho, a senior at Brooklyn Technical High School in New York.
I have always had a drive to take things that interested me and make them my own. From games, to stories, merchandise, and clothing, I've been creating things my whole life.
When I was 4, I built my own version out of blocks when I used up my screentime. At 8, I wanted a Game Boy, so I made many cardboard versions. That's still how I work: if something doesn't exist the way I need it, I make it.
From publishing my own games on itch.io, selling my art on merchandise, to volunteering at my church youth group ministry, I found a process loop that helped me grow as a creative person. This platform is here to share what I have learned with kids that may be curious like I was, and even for those that may not know their own creative magic ability yet.
By offering free resources and workshops, I want kids to go from just consuming to actually making, the same way I did.
Build
I build and publish original games on itch.io. From micro-games in Scratch to full projects coded from scratch. Playing games was never enough. I had to make them.

Make
I design my own characters and turn them into real products. Shirts, pouches, keychains, mugs. I press them myself and sell at markets and pop-ups across Brooklyn.

Share
I bring what I know into schools, youth groups, and community spaces. Showing kids how to go from idea to something real. If I figured it out, you can too.
